Bennett Enterprises is required to furnish all employees with a Form W-2 showing their yearly compensation and tax withholding amounts by January 31.
You will receive your W-2 by U.S. Mail for the mailing address we have on file.
Please contact the Payroll Department by January 10 if you've had a change of address.
If you do not receive your W-2 by February 15th, you can request a duplicate by emailing the Payroll Department. The duplicate will be mailed within two weeks.
Have you misplaced or lost your W-2 and need another copy? You can request a duplicate by emailing the Payroll Department. The duplicate will be mailed within two weeks.
If emailing, please include the following information
- Your full name
- Current mailing address
- last 4 of your social security number
