Statute of Limitations Agreement
In consideration of Bennett Enterprises' review of my application, I agree that any claim or lawsuit arising out my employment with, or my application for employment with Bennett Enterprises or any of its divisions, must be filed not more than six (6) months after the date of the emplyment action that is the subject of the claim or lawsuit.
